Biography
Jordan Barber is an Interactive and User Experience Designer from Seattle, Washington. Joran combines her passion for problem solving and a background in vidual design to create innovative and enjoyable experiences.

 

Kelsey Hemphill is a User Experience Designer and Professional Educator from Vancouver, BC. She believes that good design should improve human experience, so she builds tools to help people achieve goals.

 

The two met at Vancouver Film School where they discovered they share not only a love for design, but a background in national-level athletics; Kelsey in water polo and Jordan in rugby.

 
Description
Flint is a web application that streamlines the paperwork process for high performance athletics so teams can focus on progress, not paperwork. 

Communication Objective
With Flint, athletes can see snapshot evaluations of their skills, track their progress against other players, and get feedback from coaching staff. Coaches can select players for rosters, see in-depth player data breakdowns, manage scheduling information and implement individual development strategies.
 
Adobe Tools:

Throughout the creation of Flint we used a variety of Adobe tools. User research was formatted in InDesign, wireframes were build in Illustrator and UI elements were created in Illustrator then detailed mock-ups were created in Photoshop. Once mock-ups were compete we took them into After Effects to prototype major interactions, and create a video case study. Then we used Media Encoder to compress our renders. When the project was completed we jumped back into InDesign to document our process.
