Flat-Pack Stool Assembly
The flat-pack stool can be assembled and dis-assembled for easy transportation and storage. It is made up of four interlocking pieces.The entire construction process only requires painting time then cutting time, because assembly would be performed by the user. Children enjoy a more saturated coloration, where as adults prefer more sedated colours. This was an attempt to find a balance between the two parties. It was also important to consider selecting a water based non-toxic paint and clear coat. The edges were left natural, with a clear coat finish to highlight the materials used.
