The Shifted Perspective speaker’s design is a proposition, attempting to visually portray the movement of sound through space. This sense of movement within the design, along with the hand held shape, inform the user of its portability in any situation. It has been designed with a wireless connection, and battery operation in mind. Simplicity in design: the speaker unit contains two physical controls on the unit itself. This includes a power button and a split volume button. This was a collaborative project with Christine Ho.
