Cosmogonía Argentina Moderna

This is the first book I have produced so far during my graduate studies in Visual Arts at UNAM. The idea was to extract symbolic content dealing with animals from short stories to recreate a mythical cosmogony, and concidentally, the three authors turned out to be argentinian (Borges, Cortázar and Lugones).

The stories I used were Tigres azules, La escritura del Dios (Borges); Axolotl, Carta a una señorita en París (Cortázar) and Los caballos de Abdera (Lugones)

Technique: Dry lithography and linoleum
