Each product category has a dedicated colour that represents the theme of that category. If multiple products are purchased from different categories, the hexagonal packaging will include all the category colours.
The hexagonal packaging represents the 6 product categories & the 6 stripes in the John Lewis logo. Each box is colour-coordinated according to which catergory the product has been purchased from.
App - Online Shopping
 
The homepage of the app has been created to visually stimulate the customer & make shopping online easy and pleasurable. Each icon will take you to the desired category or for quick access use the drop down navigation menu.
App - Follow your Parcel
 
To make the journey from online shopping to home delivery more exciting and engaging, the customer has the option to follow their parcel. A mini John Lewis lorry will stop off at 6 points throughout the delivery process. Also the customer will be notified at what time the parcel will be delivered, with the option to reschedule if they are unavailable to receive the parcel.
