Jan Tschichold
Graphic Designer and Typographer
In this Typography class, we students are asked to choose the artist and later make a book inspired with the same approaches and philosophy according to him/her. I decided on Jan Tschichold. He was a graphic designer and a well-known typographer. He dedicated most of his life working on typefaces and many other editorial design. He inspired my personal self to work on a book that is dedicated to him, since I adore his modern style approaches and well-structured grid layout mostly found in of his artwork.
