ABOUT THE PROJECT
Explorer is a Techno music producer. I made his visual identity and some album covers.
Through the exploration of sound and mind, I made a parallel with the exploration of space. Explorer is the name of many great space exploration missions and many space probes were named after that.
With that in mind, I focused on another space mission: Pioneer 10, launched in 1972.

Pioneer 10 consisted of the launch of a probe to explore space, and the probe had a message from humanity inside, to the other hypothetic space civilizations who could find it in the future.
On that famous message -engraved on the metal for eternity-, the probe was represented by a simple pictogram.
For the logo, I started from that symbol and remade it into a more modern version.
