It has been 50 years since Singapore stated their independence. Started from the bottom, it has grown rapidly and become one of the most developed country in the world with the fastest speed.
As it grows, there's many changes around the country which amaze a lot of people, from cultural heritage, environment to food fest. The Photography Competition wants to share the story behind of the country's progression.

The main focus of National Builders Competition is elderly in Singapore who witness and participate in the process of building the country. The purpose of the competition is to honour the 'hero among citizen'. It's not having to be well-known or famous people, probably your neighbor uncle and aunty are secretly unsung-heroes of Singapore. :)
