"Split" was a game I was hired to do character designs and game assets for. The game was created by a college student named Justin Luong.

The concept was to have a split-screen game with two protagonists, a futuristic girl and a medival man, that were placed in each other's timelines. The player would use the split screen to control both characters collaboratively to complete puzzles and get back to their original timelines.

The team split up shortly after I was hired, unfortunately, but I have the first character designs and a rough walk animation.
This is the second piece of concept art I did. Notice how the weapons changed from the ones in the first design below.
The very first designs I did within a day of being hired. These designs were immediately a hit with the rest of the team.
A very rough walk animation. The team was trying to figure out the best way to animate in the program they built the game in, and it was my first time animating in general.
A colored version of the rough walking animation.
