Task: Create a label on a new hard cider line for a local winery. Criteria: the owner left it pretty much open, yet wanted something eye catching.

Solution: Once consulting with the owner and taking photos in the winery, my research included other local wineries, hard cider bottling companies, and photos to get ideas. Forty sketches were drawn up and I decided to take it to software at that point. I knew I wanted a background that looked like tree bark to give it a natural feel, so I added that in. The owner was open to changing up his company mark, therefore, I gave "Hill" an arch. I also named the hard cider "Apple Frisk", which he liked. The actual hard cider production line is still an idea for the winery, and therefore, the prototype is waiting upon generation. Permission was given to add this hard cider label to my pages. Sweet!
