Alexander Palkin is human resource management specialist and leadership coach based in Dubai, UAE. Since 2013 he provides three types of courses as training programmes: leadership, career & productivity. All of the coaching sessions are carried out as personal encounters with clients to identify the potential and get insightful view of perspectives. The final goal of the course is to reach client’s objective and to host positive change in personal and professional life.

The modular identity solution uses three types of patterns which reference the training programs. Those shapes communicate the topic of the course in an abstract way, becoming obvious with additional graphics. In cases when there is no need to promote the actual program, the patterns become highly flexible identity elements and can be used with a range of formats.

The goal is symbolically depicted as rombus throughout the identity and supported by the graphical motion of the patterns, which focus the viewer’s eye in the central point. The execution of these concepts was made different in print and digital in order to achieve the most unique, eye-catching result.
