A-Sym is a reception table inspired by asymmetrical geometry. The top and the base have the same profile, which have been aligned asymmetrically to create a surface of imperfectly flowing skewed lines.
The randomness in the juxtaposition of the solid Oak members creates an illusory effect of warping surfaces.
The table has a concealed shelving unit as well.
Each wooden member has a taper towards the end which enhances the skewing of the lines.
The table follows a modern, minimalist approach with straight lines and has been hand-crafted to achieve
the perfect balance which combines geometry and imperfection.
