Another account win from 2008, I completely revamped the style of graduate recruitment material used by the bank, in order to overcome the old-fashioned , behind the times image it had allowed to develop. The bank employs economic experts, many with phds, who aspire to the levels of influence the bank now commands since being made independent from the government on matters such as interest rates. Existing graduates were used across all media to tell their own story of how they personally contributed.
