Team Member Matching UI

Individual project in Graphical Interfaces at Chalmers Interaction Master

The primary task is to make a graphic representation of a set of people and how they (theoretically) would fit together in a group. The idea is to create a fast-paced, easy-to-understand interface where project leaders and other decision makers can toy around with people, combining them in various ways to see how well they might work together.

Requirements

The GUI may not be larger than 900 x 650 pixels. It is not allowed to use any tricks to gain more pixels, like a separate team assembly page, pop-ups, scroll bars etc.

A full visualization of a person means indicating the following four properties:
   o Professional Role
   o Primary Team Role
   o Secondary Team Role
   o Gender

The system should be able to deal with up to 250 persons at the same time.
o At all times, at least 75 people should be visualized showing all four properties.
o At all times, the remaining 175 (or whatever they are) should be visualized showing at least two of the                properties.
o As a consequence of the above, tools for sorting or grouping persons may thus not obscure the visualization    of the 250.
