Seeing the needle in different ways.
This illustration attemps to combine something scary like Vampire fangs and something noble like blood donation. The fangs transform into hypodermic needles which is connected to blood bags.
In this illustration, the evil aspect of the needle has been highlighted. The needles and pins that are used on voodoo dolls have been fused with a person's fingers which pierce a doll in anger.
The functional aspect of the needle has been highlighted. Without the needle, we wouldn't have clothes.
