This video was conceptualized and created for my Topics in Motion Graphics class at AAU. The project called for a redo of an opening title sequence to a movie or television show with a minimum of 1'30". I decided on the movie "Her."
In order to achieve a polished aesthetic that was cohesive with the movie, I decided to go beyond the scope of the project and took on the task of learning C4D to create the assets. The scenes were then created on seperate compositions and later combined into one master composition. I decided to incorporate the OS DNA logo, which is a familiar element, along with the typography and color palette from the movie. A highly dynamic track written by Arcade Fire for the movie was also appropriated.
