The Centre of Biotechnology, Chemistry and Computer Science project was carried out during the fifth semester of my studies. The idea is to treat these areas of study separately and as a whole - as they interact with each other. Hence, the concept of the central building - the heart of the entire idea. Each of the modules is a self-contained part of the area. In the central zone there is the main entrance to the building, office administration module, didactic module (level 0 / + 1), and parts of the recreational and social (+2) modules. The Biotechnology and Chemistry buildings are twin modules where each of them contains laboratories, educational and social rooms. In addition to the Biotechnology building, a clean room module was designed. It is a separate volume concept. Moreover, the IT building also contains two new data centers. The façade was shaped out of necessity and the laboratory rooms layout divided the building.
