The Q-Scout concept was a second project during Interaction design studies at Malmö University. Our project was created as a futuristic concept that is focused on shopping experience, healthand smart technologies.
Design opening: How can quantified self data make the supermarket experience more personalized?
The problem was framed to a meaningful combination of quantified self data with the intention to improve shopping experience without active participation of users. Most of available solutions requires active participation of the user to manage data or preferences of the system. We wanted to design a conceptual system which will behave based on collected data, preferences of the user and selected shopping places.
I would describe my role as someone who is little bit in the corner taking care of the flow in the team. Breaking ongoing discussions in the right moment and focusing on the concept core during execution. That was a new role for me.

This concept was created by Danai TsouniDennis OverhageSimon Theis Hansen and me during ten days.
