Illustration/branding for baby-food start-up Smart Solids, a company that turned fresh food into frozen blocks for ready-to-heat meals for infants. The final illo was rendered in Adobe Illustrator and rendered to finished art in Photoshop.

First step was to render each individual block as a separate Photoshop file.

Early brainstorming was about finding the best way to arrange my concept as a neat, symmetrical design suitable for logo.

This was an Illustrator mock-up of the original design client had drawn up as a sketch. I talked the client out of the idea altogether, after preparing and presenting mock-ups of the food blocks concept.
