As part of the Penguin Awards brief we were asked to design three different covers for the novel "Oranges are not the only fruit" by Jeanette Winterson. This is my submitted design (to see the others two, click here) and I chose to explore the concept of opposites - which is one of the strongest elements present on the book - with the colours and shapes in a clean and subtle composition.

Como parte do briefing da Penguin Awads nos foi pedido o design de três capas diferentes para o romance "Oranges are not the Only Fruit", escrito por Jeanette Winterson. Este é o design submetido (para ver os outros dois, clique aqui) e para ele eu escolhi explorar o conceito de opostos - que é um dos elementos mais fortes do livro - com cores e formas numa composição limpa e sutil.
