Statue of Darth Vader-ty

I started this project with this photo from a google search.  Since I am a Star Wars fan, I knew just what to do.
I cropped the photo and used the clone stamp tool to wipe out Lady Liberty.
The next step was one of the harder ones.  I dressed up in my Darth Vader outfit, grabbed a tube of Calking and went outside.  I got several photos in this pose, then cut the background, corrected the Levels in Photoshop to emphasize the greens, and added the Light Saber Effect (Tutorial here: http://www.adobephotoshoptraining.org/tutorial-how-to-make-a-lightsaber-in-photoshop/)
I could have stopped there but it just felt empty.  So I decided to drive the point home with a death star.  I have a few death star models.  I took the construction one and shot some pics of it and put it on top.
I softened the edges of it to fit the depth of field, then I duplicated the original background, put it on top of the death star pic, and used an eraser with a really low flow rate to make the death star appear as though it was in the background.
I liked the look but the colors were off in composition so I applied an adjustment layer with a slight blue tint to unify the whole image.
