Branding and collateral for the 2015 Weapons of Creation Festival in Cleveland, Ohio. The three day event is a celebration of music, design and human collaboration. My concept was based around ancient Roman civilzation because of their historic record of creation as a people. To refine this concept I chose to pastiche the movie Ben Hur to give me a strong visual system with which to work. I used imagery from the movie, simplified the color scheme and based my logo off of the promotional posters. The items pictured are an informational brochure, poster, musical CD and ticket. I used classic column paper to subtly reinforce the Roman aesthetic.
