The main concept is to bring the warmth of Brussels traditional waffle stall, the bright, pretty  image of The Brussels Flower Carpet Festival and also using some elements and principal from Art Deco style to represents Belgia. The color scheme are inspired by begonia flowers and the corporate image of Brussels Spring itself. There is also semi open dining space to substitute al fresco dining culture of Belgia.
