Redesign for a rigid cervical collar. Providing a Lightweight , comfortable and simple design. changing the user experience to a less traumatic one, and thus ensuring that the pacient completes treatment optimally.
Less invasive cervical collar. Leaves the neck area free for better airflow.
It makes the user happier as it is a friendly and innovative design.
This project was done in collaboration with Pablo Lara Fernandez.
Internal pads made of Sorbatex which allows body moisture and vapor to pass through, wicking perspiration from the skin and drying quickly. Its surface is antibacterial and inhibits microbial growth. High thermal conductivity keeps the patient cooler and has a variety of colors.
