New Museum Triennial

The mission was to create a campaign for The New Museum Triennial titled Surround Audience that not only advertises the event but also conveys it’s subject matter. In this case, the campaign draws upon the invasive nature of the media not only online, but in our every day lives.
A video series features different artists and will be projected on buildings and spread on social media.
The instagram page rapidly posts sections of a larger image that can only be seen when on the official page. These rapid postings will take over the audience's newsfeed invading their personal space and expectations of their feed.
Wild postings invade other advertisments in public spaces.
The postings can be manipulated by either the New Museum or the public ensuring that the advertisement is eyecatching and new each time someone walks by it. This also challenges the audience to look harder.
Through either paint or stickers, floor advertisements will be installed in public areas such as parks.
