Project of specialized hotel for yachts-men intended to become a part of a regional water-sports complex in Dnipropetrovsk. Scale and functional saturation of the facilities meets all the requirements for major Ukrainian and international yachting and other water sports competitions.
Hotel is located on the waterfront of the river Dnipro near the rowing channel. Building has two entrances, one from the embankment highway and the other one from the channel.
Plan of the hotel is executed in the form of a horseshoe. This makes it possible to create an internal environment with a small bay for boat parking.
The structure of the hotel complex includes the main administrative building with the museum, yacht saloon, hotel rooms and restaurant; spa salon with gym and indoor swimming pool; 6 separate houses for VIP persons, 2 conference halls, children’s play area and 2 another apartment housing.
