Location of this family home is located near the city of Nis, on the north side of the city, on the hill called Vinik. which was made for individual residental habitation. The parcel of the building was chosen because of its excellent views of the city and excellent orientation (north-south). The parcel is situated between three parcels, and only have access to the north side, which comes out on the street. The terrain is very steep, with a drop of 6%, with a particular building line 5m from the edge of the parcel. Entrance in the house is on north side, with quite simple treatment of fascade on that side. Form of the object is reduced to a maximum, rectangular form with a gabled roof that is very typical for this region. Because of good orientation and way the house is exposed to sun, large roof surface could be used for solar panels, and house could use good amount of solar energy.
