Site Description
Slivenec and its surround area are approximately thirty minutes south west of Prague by
bus.. In terms of square kilometers,Slivenec is the largest village in the vicinity
(that still stands separate from Prague's murban sprawl).
The surrounding area is mlargely open field and is the ideal location for future
development. Taking these factors into consideration, our goal is to create an entirely
new type of community structure that allows for easier expansion where new urban
developments are not added to the small villages, but rather, our new community
that welcomes growth.

Development Location Placement:
Traditional villages typically do not appreciate new development as they disrupt
traditional areas and thus; these villages tend to lose their individuality as Prague
expands away from its center. Our new community is located far enough away that
expansion will not interfere with these villages. Placement is also relevant in spatial
allocation of future growth and proximity to transit mediums (highway, railway, etc).
