Concept Model -- Clarins Pitch

The Problem
Clarins was looking to redesign its multi-national website.  They approached FullSIX to pitch for the work based upon the strength of the relationship.  FullSIX had previously pitched for the earlier version of the website, but lost because of the focus on the eCommerce aspects, we decided to dial up the brand-centric aspects and the resulting Conceptual Model, Personas, and User Journeys explored and built upon this strategic decision.
 
The Challenge
How do we create a whole new Clarins experience anchored around the brand values and key differentiating USPs of the products.  Once that leverages social shopping and the greater multi-channel customer experience
 
The Solution
Based on the key customer observations of "What do I want (to do, to know)?" and "What do I think (about)?", we developed the following Behavioural Model, Purchase / Needs, and resulting Digital Footprint.
