We were required to re-create an existing website of a Welsh tourist attraction. On the list was Cardiff Museum, St Fagans, Techniquest and a few others. I went with Cardiff Museum because its website doesn't entice families and children, it takes 10+ clicks on the current website to get to any information about what there is to do for children at the museum. I targeted my website at families and children with bright colours and with the creation of a personalised ticket with a variety of categories like student, family, tourist - this then creates a printable to-do list. As well as this there are hover over facts throughout and a social media backed art gallery allowing children and adults to upload their artwork.
