With the same fruits and vegetables available in every supermarket, it's easy to forget that food has relation to the land. The United States Department of Agriculture performs a Census of Agriculture every five years. I used this data to map the geography of the nation's harvest. Also mapped: the Northwest, California, Florida, New York State, and Michigan.
