Conceptual plan of a residential high-rise in the heart of Munich that also offers well-lighted yet private studios and workspaces for artists and a big exhibition space to present their works to the passers-by of the neighbouring pedestrian zone.
All visualisations are photos of scale models, produced at an experimental workshop searching for an alternative to 3D renders.
