2014 trip in Tatra Mountains in Poland.
Such a wonderful place. I always want to return there. Each time I hear the locals sing and play the voiln in their very specific way I can feel alive again.
We stationed in Zakopane, the most famous city in highest Polish mountains - Tatry. It’s the closest one can get to the mountains. From there it’s only a 4km walk to Kuźnice which is basically the entrance to Tatry National Park and a gateway to a whole new world. Up there the land is so virgin and wild. Sometimes there’s no people around and you can actually only hear your heart race. No limits. Beautiful…
Very famous pond - Morskie Oko (Eye of the sea) 1395m above sea level located on the way to Rysy highest peak in Poland (2503m above sea level)
Views on the road between Giewont and Kasprowy Wierch are beutiful! It feels totally like a different world
Yeah, this is me. Sitting on the pole, which is acually a Polish-Slovakia border!
And this is the person usually in front of my camera - my girlfriend Delfina. Best companion ever!
View on the mountains from Czarny Staw Gąsienicowy (1624m above sea level) on our way to Karb peak (1853m).
View on Kościelec (2155m above sea level) - a dreadful and hard to climb peak.
The sign from Kasprowy Wierch. Kuźnice is the way down to the city
View on the mountains from Czarny Staw Gąsienicowy (1624m above sea level) on our way to Karb peak (1853m).
The all-famous Giewont (1894m above sea level) seen from the back. People usually watch it from the city - Zakopane, which is right on the other side of it

Thanks for watching!
