My theme approach to this piece of work was highly influence by
Piet Mondrian and Erik Jones in terms of the colours and shape. The idea was to fill up all white spaces as a whole. As Singapore turns 50 years. I think there's one thing which contribute towarsd harmony.
At first I did have a plan on what to do or what was going to be the final painting because I just wanna flow a quick paint.
Below was the plaette that I choose to use for my color mixing as I want a very sensitive color towards the dry and humid temperature of Singapore. Thus, heavily use of arcylic paint and water was also added into the mixed. Various version are being capture in this process.
