The goal of the project was to illustrate the cover of a greek magazine. The title reads (in Greek) "Oil in the Aegean Sea. Opportunity or Nightmare?" Two different illustrations were created.

1st Illustration
The first one depicts the above dillema as a duel, in ancient greek style, between the two heads of the same snake. The first head has the form of a petrol pump (profilt symbol) while the second the form a water tap (eco-friendly symbol). The art style and colors are influenced by ancient greek pottery.

2nd Illustration
The second one depicts a piggy bank covered in oil in front of a deep blue background. It acts as a dual symbol of both the economic benefits and the environmental dangers sterning from the oil amounts found in the Aegean Sea.
