A unique symbol has been created to forever commemorate this landmark 10th Anniversary of Formula 1 in Bahrain.

It’s been a watershed decade and the emblem reflects this while depicting the indomitable spirit of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The inspiration is clearly drawn from the speed and movement of the Formula 1 race cars but, as is expected of an emblem it does so in a muted, formal style.

Visual elements are drawn from Bahrain’s flag and the F1 Brand Mark to create a seal that acknowledges the 10 years of operation, therefore containing 10 elements around the content. While formal and dignified, it yet manages to incorporate and inspire emotions of pride and nostalgia with a feel of the action that usually takes place at the F1.

The Bahrain Grand Prix is particularly known for the friendliness and holistic F1 atmosphere on the island that tourists and residents feel few months prior to the race and within the circuit during the much anticipated 3-day Formula 1 weekend. The atmosphere of the F1 village at the circuit is unmatched to any other circuit around the world, and the uniqueness of the experience is what differentiates BIC to all other formula 1 circuits around the world. Attendees get to enjoy the formula 1 experience not only from their grandstand seats but also in the vending area that has everything from entertainment activities for children, to car shows, concerts, simulators as well as merchandise outlets.
