THE HAND BIBLE
The human has two hands that are physiologically the same. Yet the onehand is more preferred than the other. The left hand is associated with the right brain that is responsible for spatial thinking and musical perception. The majority, however, prefers his right hand. This is closely linked to the left hemisphere of the brain responsible for language and rational thought. We live in a right-handed society. But why is that? I researched and got no clear answers. Some were of the opinion that both hands havedisadvantages compared with one hand. The others only see advantages in ambidexterity. These opinions did not satisfy me. So I started with a self-experiment, to learn firsthand whether it makes sense to train to ambidexterity.
This book provides a comprehensive insight into the topic of handedness.
