MMOMA Art Book Shop has several stores in different parts of Moscow. This one was designed for corner in GUM — one of the oldest and largest department store in the Kitai-gorod district of Moscow facing Red Square. 

 

The idea of the store's structure is very simple — it's a modular system consists of metal tubes, shop desks and shelves all set up in one grid size. The grid structure gives shop's staff the opportunity to change the arrangement of merchandises depending on the shop needs. 

 

The open structure allows the customers to walk through the store thus increasing the number of accidental purchases.
