Problem: 
House-Autry is an established, traditional brand that is seeking to modernize its brand to reflect a transition from its "Old South" to a "New, Modern South" while still staying true to their heritage. 
 
Solution: 
This visual identity stays true to the traditional heritage of House-Autry by using a classic plaid pattern with a slab serif typface. This is juxtaposed and blended with a modern approach by using a contemporary photography style and a modern script typeface.
