FARM-TO-TABLE RESTAURANT
This book summarizes the research and programming of my senior capstone design project, a Farm-to-Table Restaurant. This book was written and designed graphically over the course of my Fall 2014 semester.
It focuses on all aspects that need to be considered when designing a restaurant, including technical criteria and human behavior, as well as analysis of the proposed building and site. This upcoming semester, this research will be used to develop and a design a sustainable, farm-to-table restaurant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
