Tetra is a concept shape-shifting object that is inspired by transforming origami and urban outdoor enthusiasts. A combination of unique geometry and suitable materials allow Tetra to have five different functions: mat, shelter, tote, backpack and box.
Tetra works by closing up zippers that line the perimeter of the pattern, as seen in this small scale model.
