Interior box display of hardware in eco friendly tray, cables bound with branded fabric and Velcro closures (for customer reuse) and a snap-shot of the "hello" Getting Started Guide (GSG).

The Getting Started Guide was meant to break down the self-install process quickly for customers. Using visual illustrations with only necessary copy proved to be quite important in reducing customer fear, anxiety and ultimately helping with set-up in less than 10 minutes.
Select images from the downloadable User Guide intended for deeper instruction and understanding as the first line of information (vs customer care calls). The approach, concept, design, illustrations and copy were highly informed by several rounds of observational research.
