Brand identity
The visual identity form was aquired by reinterpreting the graphic simbol for suptractive colour synthesis.
Considering that the mixture of colours is represented with circles we feel in accordance with, that it is appropriate to present the 'birth' of Rab by using circular geometric shapes.
By taking the elements of the sun along with the sea, and mixing their colours, the sun - yellow and the sea - blue we get the island or Rab – green.
Kvarner's visual identity uses triangular geometric shapes wich is why we used circular geometric shapes to describe the attachment of Rab with the bay of Kvarner.

By reinterpreting circular geometric shapes we get simple geometrical visual elements, wich with their shapes and colour make an appropriate tool for the further development of Rab's visual identity.

This visual representation is closely connected with the slogan 'Emerald pleasure', because it represents a lush green island bathed by the sun and surrounded by a deep blue sea. Rab's brand is based on the emerald as a metafore for its natural and historical heritage of the island.
