Research:
During my multiple reads on productivity, I have gathered quite an extensive archive of information on what to do to stay productive, how to do it, the times you are most productive at, and much more.
Based on this preliminary research, I decided to conduct my own investigation combining all the information I've accumulated so far. This is how the brain agenda was born. Call it a performance/productivity check-in tool. It helped me to see what affected my performance on a day-to-day basis and when my brain was performing at it's best. I tracked 3 basic needs my stress level (mental health/satisfaction), how hungry I was (as a creative when we get in the zone we often forget to eat), and my general physical health (basic stretching, walking, etc). Based on what I saw in my performance review I started applying tips that I've already read upon.

Insights:
Of course, this was just a start. There are way more than 3 parameters that have to be taken into consideration. But even working with these 3 has made quite a substantial difference for me. It was a start to more happy and productive me.
