A playground is an area designed for play. It also represents a space that creates happiness and provides a platform for communication. The playground provides an exciting, engaging, and challenging experience, which not only increases mental enjoyment for the participants, but also strengthens physical health. The activities and functions of a schoolyard playground are what inspired the project, Typographic Playground. In this project, the audience will act as a component in my design. By composing the existing exhibition space with typographic forms that I have already tested to create a typographic playground, the space will not only have a compelling visual language, but it also will allow the audience to actually experience a sense of excitement, engagement, and a few challenges by seeing, touching, and feeling.
