RADIOLAB POSTER DESIGN

A total of ten separate representations had been made, keeping in mind the “COLORS” subject of the poster, furthermore whilst utilizing all the principles and elements of design.
Professor liked the color combo of this designs. I used the pattern sketch to make this poster. Initially when I started this sketch, I didn’t overlap the color bubbles but when I started designing this poster I experimented by overlapping color bubbles. Professior also commented to make the radiolab logo little bit bigger.
Professor Jocelyn commented that the message is so clear in this design and it’s draws us in. While designing this poster, I was totally focused to bring out the message more clearly. To get this done I had minimal elements in this design, and instead of playing with elements I used text as an element and played to fill the blank space.
In this poster professor like the sentance wich is under the sun, and it’s giving an deep idea about the show. After listening to the radio show about colors, I started this sketch and wanted to present the message visually. I think this poster represents the message of the show in detail.
FINAL POSTER
The given poster was unorganized. I first listened the Radiolab show and got the show message in my mind. I tried 10 different sketches to bring out the show message visually. Each sketch had different principal of element used. After reviewing all sketches we selected 3, and made the draft for each of them. I also tried to incorporate the valuable suggestions given by Jocelyn and my group mates. Final poster has one sentence that strongly conveys the message, which was initially an issue for me. I really enjoyed working on this poster design.
