Abstract
There are hundreds of people suffering from inhuman arresting condition as well unjust trails, a lot of them entered a hunger strike as a state of objection trying to get a fair trial ,Due to the unawareness of the nature of the hunger strike and the types of it, people perceive that being on more than 300 days is considered cheating, for others it is a suicidal attempt that is prohibited in islam.
My goal is to create awareness of what the strikers are experiencing , Study how hunger strikes being used through history as a method of non-violent resistance or pressure and Comparing such results with our country to reflect the amount of oppression the prisoners are subjected to as well as pushing their case to the cultures that understand it.
