Inspired by the work of antonio carusone with buddy carr skateboards, I created this piece (several years ago!)

 

The board is a skateboard with the trucks taken off (hence the holes), and on the flipside bicycle toe straps have been attached to allow feet to be strapped in when hitting the snow! Thus I feel confident in christening this a homemade snowboard. 

 

The simple sans lettering couples striking sections of colour which create a wonderfully modernist style. A very recognisable image out on the slopes!
