Created in the graduate course Motion Design 2 at Pratt Institute
The final project of the course required us to create an opening title sequence for an existing documentary. I chose Kumaré, a film that follows Vikram Gandhi as he impersonates a fake guru and builds a following of real people.
I focused on contrasting themes, such as traditional versus modern and Eastern versus Western. As the film does, I wanted to raise questions of spiritual leadership in a humorous and approachable way.
