POP FOOTBALL
Working on a magazine feature, I made these pieces of Pop Art. The subjects are
footballers Thierry Henry of Arsenal (as a Gooner, I will always put this one first) and France,
Didier Drogba of Chelsea and Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) and Zlatan Ibrahimovic
of Paris St. Germain and Sweden. All are arguably some of the generation's
best footballers, but what sets them all apart are their larger than life personalities on and off the field.
Thierry Henry is arguably the greatest player to have played in the Premier League, and I really wanted to include him because he's the reason I love football so much and support the North London side Arsenal FC.
